A medium sized thrush is pecking at seeds in the grass and clawing at insects. A tall tree grows beside it, and large strands of grass seem to have engulfed the bird, giving it decent amounts of camouflage, yet also offering the same to any stalking it. The weather is bright and sunny, with broken clouds marking the sky above the trees, and gentle breezes laced between the large trunks the fill Thunderclan's territory.
requirements -- minimum of two rpers -- minimum of 5 posts per rper -- 2 prey will be given to whoever catches the bird, if it is caught.

Skypelt smiled having gotten permission to hunt. With such little prey, warriors are always needed. Shaking his head to move his fur flat, he sniffed the air. "Thrush" he mumbbled stomach growling. Glancing around he spotted the tree roots he needed. He bunched up his bpack leg mussles and jumped. So long had he done this that he didn't wobble much. With bairly a search he jumpped to the next root getting closer.

Foxstar also was out hunting as prey needed to be supplied to the clan if they were going to survive during this delegate moment. Repairs were still happening at home, and several of her warriors were out gathering food and making sure that the territory was safe. This didn't mean that she couldn't do her part as well in keeping the clan well fed.
Tracking her way to one of the spots that pray usually gathered, she kept herself low to the ground to stay hidden. The tall grass worked in her favor as she sneaked her way through. Then she froze as she heard small sounds of a bird hopping along. It was several paw steps in front of her but since it hasn't flown away yet that meant she wasn't seen. She sniffed the air drinking in the scents and then her whiskers perked up. Skypelt was also here and seemed to be hunting the same bird as she could smell him among the other scents. He was further ahead of her but she couldn't see where he was exactly, and since he was keeping low as well the two might be able to catch this bird. Foxstar's only concern though was that one of them would move too soon and the bird would take off, or worse if the winds carried their scents to the bird and caused it to fly off. Timing was going to be crucial in catching it.
